Ordering Your Keepsake
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through the website by selecting the keepsake you'd like and following the ordering instructions. If you'd prefer to discuss your order first, you can also get in touch via social media, email or the contact form.
Can I order through Facebook or Instagram?
Yes. If you'd prefer to order directly through social media, just send me a message. I'll help you choose the right keepsake and provide the information you need to place your order.
Do I need to pay in full before my keepsake is made?
Yes. Your keepsake will only be started once payment has been received in full.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available through Klarna on the website or by arrangement via bank transfer. Your keepsake will only be started once full payment has been received.

How much clothing do I need?
The amount of clothing needed depends on the keepsake and the size and type of garments you are providing. Each product listing gives guidance on the amount required.
If you're unsure, please send me a message before placing your order and I can advise you.
What condition does my clothing need to be in?
Your clothing should ideally be clean and dry before it is sent to me. Please let me know about any significant damage, staining or very delicate areas before sending your clothing, as this may affect what can be used.
Can I choose which parts of my clothing are used?
Where possible, yes. If there are particular designs, logos, pockets, embroidery, names or other details that you'd especially like included, please let me know when ordering.
I'll always do my best to incorporate the most meaningful details into your keepsake.
What happens to clothing that isn't used?
Any suitable unused clothing will be returned to you with your completed keepsake unless we have agreed otherwise.
Please remember that small scraps, damaged pieces and fabric that cannot safely be reused may not be suitable for return.
Personalisation
Can I add a name or date?
Yes. Personalisation such as names, dates and other details can often be added to your keepsake. The options available will depend on the product you've chosen.
Can I add embroidery?
Many of my keepsakes can be personalised with embroidery. Available options will be shown with the relevant product or can be discussed before ordering.
Can I request a particular design or layout?
I will always try to accommodate reasonable requests. However, every keepsake is made from different clothing, so the final layout will depend on the size, shape, condition and design of the garments provided.
What if I make a mistake with a name, date or other personalisation?
Please check all names, dates, spellings and other details carefully before confirming your order.
By placing your order, you are confirming that the details you have provided are correct. Please contact me as soon as possible if you notice an error before work has started.
The Making Process
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order and payment have been received, I'll provide instructions for sending your clothing.
When your clothing arrives, I'll carefully assess the garments and plan how best to use them for your chosen keepsake.
I'll then create your keepsake by hand, using the most meaningful and suitable parts of your clothing.
How long does my keepsake take?
Turnaround times vary depending on how busy the order book is and the time of year.
The current estimated turnaround time will be shown on the website or confirmed when you place your order.
During particularly busy periods, including the run-up to Christmas, turnaround times can be considerably longer, so please order as early as possible if you have a specific date in mind.
Will my keepsake look exactly like the photographs?
Every keepsake is unique because every set of clothing is different.
The photographs on the website are examples of the style and size of keepsake you can order. Your finished keepsake will be made specifically from your clothing, so the colours, patterns and placement of details will naturally vary.
Sending Your Clothing
How do I send my clothing?
After placing your order, you'll receive instructions explaining how and where to send your clothing.
Please package your clothing securely and make sure your name and order details are included so I can identify your items when they arrive.
Should I wash the clothing first?
Yes, where possible, clothing should be clean and completely dry before being sent.
Should I send everything I have?
Please only send the clothing requested for your chosen keepsake unless we've discussed sending additional items.
If you have several garments you'd like considered, please contact me first and I'll advise you.
Can I send my clothing before placing an order?
Please don't send clothing without first arranging your order with me. This ensures I know what you're sending and what keepsake you're expecting.
Delivery & Collection
How will my finished keepsake be returned?
Your finished keepsake will be carefully packaged and sent back to you using the delivery method specified for your order.
Can I collect my keepsake?
Collection may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact me before ordering if you'd prefer to collect.
Can I order a keepsake for Christmas?
Yes, but please order as early as possible.
Christmas is one of my busiest times of year and turnaround times can increase significantly. If you need your keepsake by Christmas, please check the current Christmas order deadline before placing your order.
Making the Most of Your Clothing
Can I have something made from leftover clothing?
Yes, where enough suitable fabric remains, you may be able to add a small extra keepsake to your order.
Options may include a heart or star decoration, depending on the clothing available and the main keepsake you're ordering.
This is a lovely way to preserve even more of your treasured clothing rather than leaving suitable pieces unused.
Can I order a matching keepsake?
Where the clothing allows, matching items can sometimes be made from the same garments. Please ask when placing your order and I'll let you know what's possible.
